As you already know, I am a huge supporter of meal planning. I plan all three meals for the weekend but only plan dinners for during the week. As a homeschooling family, the kids are here with me throughout the day, so they eat their breakfasts, lunches, and snacks here at home. At one time I tried to plan those as well, but I soon found we very rarely stuck to them. I decided to help simplify things, I would make a list of all breakfast, lunch, and snack items available during the week. I include all of these things on our list of staple items that way they are always readily available. The kids know what they have to choose from so it takes all of the guess work out of it. I have found that this method has worked the best out of everything I have tried. What works for you and your family?
