Family Fun Friday Pizza

Every Friday night we have Family Fun Fridays. The kids usually choose mommy’s pizza for dinner that night. ❤ I usually make a minimum of 3 pizzas, but more if I want to have some leftovers for a quick warm up lunch over the weekend. This recipe is so easy and my kids love it!

(This recipe will make 1 18″ pizza. Adjust measurements according to the quantity of pizzas you will be needing)

1 1/2 C hot water in your stand mixer bowl

2 packets of rapid rise yeast

Let the yeast and hot water sit for about 5 minutes. (You want it to look frothy)

Whisk in : 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 C oil, and 1 tsp salt

Add 4 C All purpose flour slowly to mixer. (Switch to your dough hook attachment)

Oil a bowl and place your dough inside. Drizzle the top with oil as well. Cover the bowl with wrap and let it rise for at least 1 hour.

Shape your dough onto your pizza pan. (Make sure to dock your dough) Add your desired toppings and sauce.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes or so.
